For woodworking supplies or pre-made items, refunds will be granted for purchases made within 15 days when the item is returned in the same condition that it was shipped. Items that are damaged, used, or otherwise not in the same condition as when it was shipped will not be refunded. Custom made items are not eligible for a refund; though, if you are unhappy with a custom made item, please contact us so that we may try to solve the problem.
To receive a refund, the customer must contact us at the phone number listed on the home page or via email using the contact page to receive authorization to return the item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to receive a refund.
